Welcome

We hope you will visit this site often, tell others about it, and use it to stay connected to your Alma Mater.

We are a young organization representing the long history of those who have spent time at MCS. While we are alumni of a small school in a small town, our common experiences have made a big impact in our school, our community, and places beyond.

As you read through the information on this site, please consider how you might join us in our mission to further the interests and the growth of the Alumni Association.

Class of 1966

Information Request

We are looking for any graduation programs, yearbooks, pictures, and death notices of alumni and staff. We do have a lot of older items, especially death notices, but more are needed for our records.

Anyone cleaning out at home, please consider donating your Middleburgh Central School items and information to the alumni association. Email Nancy Ann Armlin Wolfe for more information.

Summer Graduates

If you are a summer graduate, please let the Alumni Association know as you are not captured in any current lists. We want to include you!

Senior Class Picture Restoration Project

The MCS Alumni Association, in cooperation with the MCS administration, has taken responsibility for restoring and digitizing all of the senior class pictures currently on display in the school halls. Several of the pictures have faded, especially the early color pictures, and they require extensive restoration. If you would like to donate to this most worthwhile project, please contact Nancy Wolfe.

Thank you for your continued support!

Alma Mater

On the banks of a lovely river,
By the side of a quiet stream
Stands our dear old Alma Mater,
Our School of White and Green.

In the Fairest valley fashioned
By the hand of God unseen
Stands our dear old Alma Mater,
Our School of White and Green,

In the days that lie before us
In the silent years between,
May we love her as we do to-night,
Our School of White and Green.

Chorus:
Then join we all in singing
And may this be our theme,
Keep bright her shield of Snowy White,
Keep fair her field of Green.

Historical Information

We have reproduced the last three Anniversary Books, which were printed in 1944, 1959 and 1984; as well as some current information. These books contain the history of our school and how it came to be built. The committee members thought it was important to share this information once again.
