Alumni Association Membership

It’s easy to join the MCS Alumni Association. As outlined in our bylaws, there are two levels of Membership:

An Active Member must have attended Middleburgh Central School. To become an Associate Member, a person must be one of the following:

1. a past or present employee of MCS
2. a spouse, widow, or widower of any person who attended MCS
3. a parent of an MCS student or alumnus
4. a resident of the MCS school district age 18 or older​

To become a Member of the MCS Alumni Association, please complete the appropriate form (Active or Associate) and send it, along with a one-time donation, to:
