Middleburgh Central School District’s Front Courtyard Committee is excited to present a virtual showcase of ideas to redesign the lawn in front of the Jr. Sr. High School.
Wednesday, December 16 at 5PM, dedicated committee members and landscape architecture specialists will exhibit three different concepts and explain the process of coming up with the plans.
“From the beginning, our charge was to have an inclusive, collaborative, and open committee of community members and experts in their fields come up with different plans,” said Superintendent Brian Dunn. “It is now time to share our work in the hopes of receiving ideas and feedback from the greater community.”
Months of conversations and thoughtful planning went into creating the three designs. The committee took into account many variables like: the events the courtyard serves, what would complement the architecture, and how the redevelopment could be implemented into the school curriculum.
This will be a live stream presentation through Facebook. Check back next week, we will provide the information for you to participate.
